We are pleased to announce the launch of our OnSite monitoring service, which puts us on the leading edge of service technology. OnSite is a web monitoring software that will give us the ability to remotely access all of your machine information and consumable levels. OnSite will give us the ability to respond more quickly to service issues by making all of your machine statistics available at the touch of a button.
OnSite will help create accurate invoices through Automatic Meter Collection. Onsite will alert us when your toner levels are low, so that we can have a new toner delivered before it runs out! Onsite will also give us the ability to make configuration changes to devices remotely, saving you a service call, and reducing your downtime. |
